This is the second alarm I have ordered as my first one was given to a friend after she saw mine. It’s such a small item and weight next to nothing but gives me peace of mind when out walking Buddy my Cocker Spaniel. I have tested it and accidentally set it off and it’s very loud and will definitely attract attention should you be concerned for your own or your dogs safety. I attach it to my dog walking bag as you can see in the photo and is within easy reach at all times. Great item and also great to know I am helping a charity with its purchase. Would highly recommend !
Love this item!
I am a dog boarder/Walker and carry this everywhere we go!
It’s very easy to use and has a very thrill sound! I’m sure it would help if we got into any problems and needed help!
Brought 2 one for myself and one for my sister we both have small dogs which they seem to be targeting we don't go anywhere without them pleased with price, delivery and performance
This is a great device. It is loud and piercing - this is my dog's reaction to it in the picture - but not distressing to dogs, hopefully only to dognappers, attackers, etc. Great product, good price. Recommended.
It stays in my dog walking coat or I attach it to his lead.
Neat and compact,easy to use.
Omits a high pitch scream like sound which hopefully, if needed, would shock the bad individual to not go any further. I bought one for my friend too as she often takes my dog out on walks.
Would recommend as a deterrent but fortunately I haven't had to use it .
Brilliant alarm. It's extremely loud. Haven't actually used it outside yet. But did try inside. Will feel much safer when out with this. But I'm disabled so haven't had chance yet. Excellent company
Me and my girlfriend were discussing how disgusting it is that dog theft is on the rise so much, its is very scary times indeed. The next day we saw this advertised on Facebook, and straight away had to purchase it. It arrived within a couple days, and we both use it when we walk the dogs, to help put our minds at ease a lil. Thank you
Always happy with my orders from Help For Paws, have been a customer for a few years now. Every item they release is always superb, and this is another item that I am extremely happy with. I feel this is an item that every dog walker MUST carry with them, anything to protect our furbabies.
It is scary what is happening to dogs in the UK currently, and I am super careful when I walk my dogs now. I wish it wasnt the case, but we have to be. I attach the alarm to my lead whilst I walk, and its ideal.
Very fast delivery, and high quality. I was very worried, as a dog was stolen from down my road just a few weeks ago. This provides that bit more extra security now whilst I am out, making feel more safe. Thank you
I love this little key ring, it makes me feel safer walking my little dog, having had two yobs try to steal my dog from me before, luckily I had my cocker spaniel with me, who kicked up such a fuss, that the yobs got in their van and scarpered, but sadly do not have that beautiful boy no more. So this as I said makes me feel safer for my little dogs protection.
Tried it at home and it is great to have on our walks, giving me peace of mind.
Havnt needed to use outside yet, as I don't want to upset my dogs , unnecessarily, unless it's an emergency.
It certainly makes a loud noise but having attached it to my key ring, I find it is a bit sensitive and goes off without me pressing it at times.Still anything to fool the dog knappers.
Purchased for my elderly mother. While walking her dog a vehicle stopped and the driver was very inquisitive about her dog. Though she ignored the questions and kept walking she felt uneasy and scared. So as I said I Purchased this item for her which she now hopefully won't have to use? Overall a good product and easy to use..
