From the moment I put it down the dog loved it. I needed the space where it was one evening and he wouldn't get off it! Had to drag him and the blanket🤣. When it arrived I thought I had been conned as it is so lightweight and no padding or contents, but I couldn't have been more wrong.

When the mat first arrived, I did question whether it would work. I left it on the bed and happened to rest my leg on it during the night. Weirdly my leg felt cooler. My female cat is suspicious of it but my male cat adores it. He even tried to pull it over his head. So much safer than the toxic gel mats and raises money for animal charity as well. What's not to love!

Bought the largest size for our German Shepherd. It does what it says on the tin and definitely feels cool when you stand or lay on it. Haven't washed it yet. Our dog likes it, which is the important thing. The only minor downside is that it's slippy. It easily slides around on the carpet.

I have put this in my dog's create as didn't like it on the sofa or the floor. She tends to scruff it in there too so not sure how good it works for her. However it does feel cool to the touch though so definitely does what it says it does regarding that. My dog is a really fussy one and she likes what she likes.

Doesn't seem as cool as expected
The dogs love it! They've spent a lot of time in the house, lying on the cool mat. Its great for us owners to stand on as well. Surprisingly very cool as well! Would highly recommend! (Much better and healthier for the dogs than the gel mats!)!
I’m very impressed with how cool the fabric feels and Sarge accepted it in his favourite lounging spot within 5 minutes of it arriving. I think I can safely say I’m probably not the only person to be considering purchasing one for myself!

Bridie is a bit of a big girl and she suffers greatly from the heat. As soon as I put the cool mat on the floor, she was on it! It calmed her down and stopped her frantic panting. Even though the weather is now cooler, she still likes to chill out there. Brilliant purchase!

Took best part of a week to arrive then found it covered in stains, so assuming it was a return. Couldn't return it myself, as waited so long and very hot weather was due. Cat won't use it. Possibly because it can smell another cat on it.
Wasn't sure if my cat would enterain this. He's usually stright onto something new, but was more hesitant with this. I laid down next to it and he couldn't resist coming over for a snuggle and hey presto he was on it. I then moved it to his favourite daytime nap spot and he goes on it when its been crazy hot.
Chester our golden retriever has kept himself cool in the very hot weather. I have washed the mat twice on a low temperature and the coolness remains. It is an excellent cooling mat.

This is the 2nd cooling mat I've bought from help for paws. My little beauty loves them. She climbed onto the first one with no encouragement at all and now has a second one on the bottom of our bed. They are well made and wash well. The material feels cool to touch so they've been of big use during the heatwaves. Try one. You're pet will be happy and so will you.

It is a very good cool mat and meets its claims. It is also all in one unlike the blue plastic ones that need a blanket over them. However, it is an even better play mat! 13 year old Candy cannot go to bed without playing with it and her toys. It needs rearranging again for her sleep 😂
My dog loves it I ordered this mat during a previous heatwave. Yes it took a few days to arrive which is totally understandable but not as long as I was expecting. How does it work? No idea. All I can say is if you put your hand on it is colder than the rug on the floor. More importantly, my dog absolutely loves it. All through these heatwaves she loves to sleep on it. I am so glad a bought the biggest one as it gives her plenty of room to move around. Would I buy it again from this company.. yes!!
I purchased the xl cooling blanket for my elderly Labrador who is not coping with the current heatwave. Despite having an ice collar and use of a paddling pool. The xl was too small, so I returned it and purchased an xxl. It is the perfect size for her and she lays on it most of the day. It is lovely a cool to the touch and has made her feel comfortable and much cooler. I would highly recommend this cooling blanket. I wish there was something similar for humans to use on their beds during this heatwave.

My indoor cat has taken to this in the heatwave! Only problem is she catches her claws in it but it makes her happy so that’s the main thing!
